To enable our client to emerge best in class, We teardown market leaders in the category of our client’s products and teardown products of local/smaller/unbranded players in competition to our client’s products.
We benchmark, item wise, our client’s products vs competition to generate ideas which can help our client to optimise their products. We reverse engineer items, from selected ideas from competition benchmark, for research and implementation.
Our benchmarking activities have in general on average saved between 3%-10% manufacturing costs if they do not change materials of their products and just implement the best manufacturing and design ideas by competition benchmark. By relacing materials of some components our clients have achieved on an average 15% cost savings on overall product costs.
